Welcome to our Fall 2025 In-Service and Outcomes & Assessment Days. This year, our College-Wide Learning Outcome (CWLO) focus is Professional Responsibility. Together, we’ll explore how cultural awareness, inclusive practices, cultural humility, environmental sustainability, and culturally informed soft skills shape the way we teach, learn, and support students.
Over two days, faculty and staff will:
Reflect and complete the 2024-2025 Program-Level Outcome (PLO) reports.
Engage in scaffolded CWLO sessions moving from Remember to Create.
Learn practical strategies for integrating Professional Responsibility into assignments, assessment, advising and classroom practice.
By the end of our sessions, participants will leave with concrete teaching and assessment tools, a deeper understanding of Professional Responsibility, and fresh ideas for building inclusive, sustainable, and supportive learning environments.
Let’s use these days to align our mission, vision, and values with our daily teaching practices while strengthening accreditation and continuous improvement efforts
