Digital Literacy: Get Certified!

The Washington State Library provides access to free training and certification for digital skills through a variety of platforms:

• LinkedIn Learning, online tutorial videos on numerous applications
• Northstar Digital Literacy, which includes self-assessments and online tutorials
• GMetrix, self-paced courses to prepare for IT certification exams
• Cisco Networking, self-paced courses to prepare for a career in IT
• Microsoft Learn, online library of learning material on all Microsoft products
